Good Day My Friends! Now this is now a recent pic of me, but it is a favorite of mine, so I’m posting. You see how the blue matches my eyes? haha How are you doing today? I’ve been slacking on posting on reviews, but I have some for you today.
Book Review: This one is a short story “Rain” by Anita Rodgers. This is a short story about a mother Georgia who has recently lost her young son Henry. She now finds herself trapped in torrential rain in a dilapidated shed, that’s where the story evolves. It is short but packed with emotion and action. Check out for great read! I know you will enjoy it.

Book Review: I loved this book!It is kind of a spin-off from Bolick’s previous Leftover Girl series, but it is entirely different from that series. It’s a totally different genre even, this one is Paranormal suspense/mystery, and Bolick writes it well! From the beginning to the end, it’s filled with action, suspense, and mystery. The story begins with Skip Greene and his girlfriend Angel leaving their Senior prom when they’re attacked by some masked thugs in the parking lot. One of the thugs removes his mask and they see he’s a former friend that they have seen for over a year. He gives Skip a briefcase full of money and tells him to take Angel and leave now- run away- for they’re in danger, hence the title. That’s where their adventure begins. One of the things I loved most about the book is the characters. The characters are interesting and complex especially Angel and her dad, and you want to learn more about them because you care them. And the plot is great with so many twists and turns. I don’t want too give away too much , so that’s all that I will say, but check it out for entertaining edge-of-your-seat suspense filled read!

Book Review: This one is Whiskey and Dragon Fire by Marilyn Peake, and it’s a Paranormal Romance. I was given this book in exchange for an honest review, and I am so glad that I was. I really it! It is a Paranormal Fantasy constructed so well that it seems entirely believable. In this book we have it all, shape-shifters that shift from humans into wolves or fire-breathing, and we even have witches. Best of all, the story takes place in Ireland where the main character Rose Cooper goes to live. Check it out for an entertaining read, I’m sure you’ll enjoy!
